Registration does NOT include housing or food.

The weather in May in northern Maryland is notoriously chancy. A cabin bed is $100. You will be placed in a cabin that may have others in it as well. If you are a part of a group that would like to house together, we ask that you all agree on a group name and give us the same group name when you register. Buying a cabin bed on site will cost you $125 cash only.

ALL PRIVATE ROOMS ARE SOLD OUT!
​We now have TWO TYPES of PRIVATE ROOMS! The first is our traditional White House room. This is a room in the big Victorian house near check-in. They are first-come, first-serve for choice and may be on the first or second floor of the building. You get a room with at least two beds in it and access to a shared hall bath. These rooms are $270 for the entire event.

The second type is the newly-renovated Fireside Cabins. These cabins have at least two beds in each and an en-suite bathroom. We've been told some might have heating/ac, though that is not guaranteed. They are really nice and cost $320 for the entire event.

Just one person in your party should select the private room option, the other selecting "Tent". We guarantee there will be two beds. You may end up in a room with more beds! Please note that cabin beds and private rooms are NOT refundable.

We can accommodate a limited number of rvs for a fee of $50 per vehicle. Again, only one person in your party should pay this fee, with any others selecting "Tent". We reserve the right to require rvs to park in the parking field if there isn't room on the basketball court. This determination will be made based upon how many rvs are already parked on the basketball court when you arrive.

The site hires a chef each year to provide meals. They are able to accommodate many dietary restrictions. Meals typically go on sale three months before the event and can be added to your registration at that time.

Join our Coffee Club for just $20 per person and enjoy our fabulous coffee service. We include great, low-impact coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and all the fixings. The service is open 24 hours a day. Bring your own mug!

There are no refunds for this event nor are there transfers. Our registration company offers purchase protection which you can add on if you wish. If we have to cancel the event for any reason, we will automatically transfer your full registration fee to the next year's event.
