THE Beltane • May 2-6, 2018 • Maryland
Dvora and Paul have founded Connect-om: The Art and Science of Tantric Life. Dancing together for over 30 years. We promised to grow together from the beginning. So far, we’re succeeding by being willing to ask 'what if' and allowing the answers to show us who we might become. Scientists by nature, we embrace both the Western scientific need for objective reproducible results and the Eastern approach which accepts that subjective experience is a valid observation.
We’ve been studying Tantra for 10 years with multiple teachers across various styles. Dvora received Tantra teacher certification in 2016, and we have been teaching together ever since. We call our teaching Combo-Tantra. Our teachers range from academic Sanskrit scholars, to Tantric meditation and Tantra Yoga handed down through teaching lineage, to neo-Tantra. Our teaching incorporates all these perspectives as a single, integrated framework.
As Connect-om we want to share what we have learned so far – with an emphasis on presence, awareness, connection, and of course, communication.

Connection, Consent, and Un-Comfortability: A Tantric Approach
Tantra offers us the opportunity to look at life in a different way. Starting with the Tantric concepts of Presence and Connection, we will explore our connection with ourselves and with others. We will ask you to be present with what is here, in front of you. How do you connect to someone else in this moment? How do you take care of your Self and your boundaries while also testing them to see what might be possible? |
Tantric Massage
What makes a massage Tantric? Two words: Presence and Intention. Well, and Connection. Okay, three words. And Consent, so four words. And Pleasure. Well, amongst the words… We will demonstrate (with nudity) and then let you practice! You don’t have to get naked, that’s up to you. Please bring a towel, a blanket, pillows, or other items to help make both the giver and receiver comfortable. This class is designed for anyone who is interested in massage, singles (willing to be partnered), partners, and more-somes all welcome. |
Finding the Bliss-Filled Path: Bringing Tantra Into Everyday Life
Some say that Tantra is about more than sacred sexuality. Some say that the Tantric path can transform our lives. In this workshop, we will show what it looks like to allow Tantra into our worldview and our daily lives. We’ll explore relationship dynamics and how intimacy grows when we feel both our own and our partner’s connection to ourselves, each other, and the divine presence. |
