Registration Information

Registration for 2022 will open soon! Rates will start at $79 for the whole weekend. We will be capping the event at 500 attendees for 2022, so book early to make sure you get to go! And don't forget to book your rooms right away so you're guaranteed to be in the host hotel. We sold out the hotel last year.
2022 registration will include a new event, our +3 Snack of Midnightishness, being held Saturday at 11:30 pm. All registered attendees will be invited to partake with the cost included in your registration fee. Expect sweets and small treats, not a whole meal. A great way to fuel your second wind or wind down from a busy day.
We are not pre-selling meals at the hotel this year, but we still encourage you to eat there. We are working with the hotel to improve their offerings and have asked them to have a limited a la carte menu in addition to a buffet. Also, the hotel bar will be open much later and our beloved bartender, Nicole, will have extra help.
We are again allowing a vendor-only pass which you can get at the door on Sunday morning from 10am to noon. The cost is $10 (cash only) and it only gets you into the vendor rooms on the second floor on Sunday, though you can visit them until they close.
Because of the uncertain nature of our world right now, we regret that we must alter our refund policy for all future registrations. There are no refunds for this event. Should we be forced to cancel the event, we transfer all registrations to next year's event.
